      Im a senior athlete… yes ,I can’t believe it… one thing is true for all athletes; father time always wins.. Re:athlete products have game changing effects , Health is quality of life… from upheat to compression therapy, at home… what a concept.

      Warranty expired

      I have at least 3 heating pads including this one listed. They work well but I use my frequently "every day". 2 of the heating pads have stopped working. It's unfortunate because my warranty has run out. The company will ask for a video of the issue date purchased etc just to say the warranty has expired. Very disappointing I won't be purchasing anything else.

      Nice heating pad, but ordering was frustrating

      I placed the order online and got a text message saying that my order was incomplete. When I tried to figure out what was missing, I could not. I checked online for reviews about this company and found negative comments about their service. I decided to cancel the order, which they had told me was incomplete, but I couldn’t do it. None of the online communication methods worked, and the package arrived despite the “incomplete” order. The product is ok. Very expensive, but the weight is good. It doesn’t get very hot, but that’s ok for my needs. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company, and not sure about the product. For the price, it really should be excellent in every way, and it’s good but not outstanding.
