Product seems good, contact customer service to see about upgrade to the pro version as the C version is a little hard to get into with all the velcro straps it seems the pro would be easier for someone with less mobility. Was told I am unable to exchange and pay the difference, I would need to return the ones I have pay shipping and 10% restocking fee being the box was opened. I guess you shouldn't try them out first. Very poor customer service .
These are OK. But I’m only 5’3”and they’re a little long. I’m still going to keep them as I can use the for my thighs.
