30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To qualify:
Items must be in new condition: unused, clean, undamaged, and free from stains or signs of wear.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
A $15 return and processing fee applies per order.
All returns must be requested by emailing support@reathlete.pro. Our team will provide the information you need to send the product back.
Once approved, you'll receive return instructions — please ship within 7 days.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Unopened items: Eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 15 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by ReAthlete.

We cannot accept returns for:
Final sale items
Leg Massagers (due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns)
Gift cards
Products damaged due to misuse or wear
Items returned without original packaging
